Dear Robert,
I would like to express my praise and gratitude for the work that Brad and his assistant Michelle performed on behalf of my wife Cherry and myself recently.I contacted Brad on 1st June 2010 with a request for him to research finance options for purchase of a new home. Brad immediately went to work to determine the best finance option for us. Our home was then placed on the market the following week with the expectation that we would have several weeks before we had a buyer and that would leave plenty of time to complete all the necessary paperwork with Brad. Within a week, we were fortunate enough to find a buyer for our property. Our buyer had pre-approved finance and required settlement to be completed by 6th July for him to make a concrete offer for our home.
This placed an almost impossible deadline on Brad and Michelle, given the additional difficulty that Cherry and I live in Queensland and all the paperwork would need to be passed back and forth between Queensland and WA. On the 5th July (the day before settlement), the bank notified Brad that a vital form had gone missing and that would delay settlement until the form was re-submitted. Brad and Michelle arranged for a copy of the necessary form to be emailed to our local bank branch and somehow managed to get the signed copy of the form to the settlements division in time for settlement to go ahead as planned the following afternoon. I have no idea how they managed to achieve such a feat but Cherry and I are grateful and impressed by their efforts.
Having dealt with brad in the past while living in WA, I knew Brad's work ethic and was keen to continue my association with him after moving to Queensland. I am so glad I did and I will continue our relationship as long as Brad is happy to take on the challenges I throw at him.
Brad is a valuable asset to Crystal Finance and I cannot sing his praises loud enough. Please pass on our heartfelt gratitude to both Brad and Michelle – they do your company proud.
Regards,
Graham Killick,
